Privacy policy

AZUR HÉBERGEMENTS ("we") attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

Data collected

We only collect the data you send us through our forms:

• Contact form: first name, surname, email, telephone, town where the property is located, message.
• Estimate simulator: town, type of property, property address, email.
• Student letting forms: your profile (owner or looking for accommodation).
• "Hand over my property" form: answers to the Typeform questionnaire.

We do not collect any sensitive data and do not carry out any automated profiling.

Purposes & legal basis

• Responding to your requests and contacting you again (pre-contractual measures taken at your request);
• Preparing a personalised rental income estimate (your consent);
• Managing the business relationship if you become a client (performance of the contract).

Recipients

Your data is intended exclusively for AZUR HÉBERGEMENTS. It is not sold, rented out or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by our technical processors (hosting provider, form tool) strictly within the scope of the service.

Retention period

Prospects' data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact; clients' data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter in accordance with legal obligations (accounting, tax).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us via the form. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).

Cookies and audience measurement

Your choice. On your first visit, a banner offers you three options of equal prominence: "Accept all", "Reject all" and "Customise". Your choice is stored for 6 months in a technical cookie (cc_cookie). You can change it at any time using the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page.

Audience measurement (only with your consent). We use Google Analytics 4, loaded directly on the website (Google gtag tag), to count page views, clicks on our contact buttons (telephone, email, WhatsApp, "Hand over my property" form) and form submissions. Google Analytics cookies (_ga) are only set after you have given your consent. If you refuse, no measurement cookie is set; Google may receive cookieless signals without identifiers, which do not allow you to be recognised from one visit to the next (Google Consent Mode).

Origin of your visit. To find out which pages and campaigns generate enquiries, we record the origin of your visit: channel (Google search, advert, AI assistant, other website, direct access), campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, gclid), landing page and domain name of the referring website. With your consent, this information is kept in your browser (for the duration of the visit, and for up to 90 days for the first contact). Without your consent, it is not stored in your browser. In both cases, if you write to us from the current page, it is attached to your request so that we know how you found us.

"Hand over my property" form (Typeform). This form is hosted by Typeform, an external service. The answers you enter in it, together with the origin of your visit described above, are sent to Typeform, which processes them on our behalf.

WhatsApp. WhatsApp links open the WhatsApp app or website. The website does not set any WhatsApp-related tracker; the conversation is then subject to WhatsApp's rules.

Booking (Lodgify). The Lodgify booking module is only loaded when you click to display it; it may then set technical cookies necessary for it to work.

Fonts. The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers, which sends your IP address to Google; no cookie is set in the process.

Other services. Google Tag Manager is loaded on the website but does not currently contain any active tags. The website does not set any advertising cookies.
