Our commission starts at 8% excl. VAT, for a lighter service suited to long-term lets: tenant selection, the lease, inventories and rent tracking.
It's a furnished tenancy of 1 to 10 months, non-renewable and with no security deposit, open only to tenants who can show they are on a temporary move (internship, training course, work-study, assignment or job transfer). It is not the same as a student lease: we offer both and recommend the right one for each tenant.
The furnished student lease runs for 9 months (or 1 year) to match the academic year, for a student moving in. The mobility lease (1 to 10 months, no deposit) is only for tenants on a temporary move: internship, work-study, training course, assignment. We manage both and choose the contract that best suits your tenant.
We check every application: supporting documents, guarantors and, where relevant, the Visale guarantee. We only accept reliable applicants.
Yes. Both the student lease and the mobility lease are for furnished homes. We can advise you on how best to furnish it to appeal to students and young professionals.
