That is 24% incl. VAT. For nightly lets on Airbnb, Booking and Abritel.
Student lets and mobility leases
For a regular monthly rent, from 1 to 10 months or for the academic year.

Each period is charged at its own rate, never combined.

For €3,000 of rent collected in a month of holiday letting, our commission is €600 excl. VAT, i.e. €720 incl. VAT. Cleaning, paid by guests, costs you nothing. For the same amount under a mobility lease, the commission would be €240 excl. VAT.
